Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
Our company security is provided by a private company that has authorization to use the same emergency lighting as the local police. My question is if they use those light to pull me over for a violation of a traffic infraction on company property are they doing so legally?

Probably, especially if the infraction could be conodered a risk to safety or the property of others or the company
