Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
I believe that the company I work for has been engaging in giving larger bonuses and higher salaries to people of a certain religious faith. If i had access to company records I might be able to prove it. There have also been racist comments made by owners spouses and there is an undercurrent of racist and theological based prejudice. How would I go about bringing a discrimination case or how blatant does the violation of EEOC law have to be?
