Can you be court ordered to get a GED or diploma I have been on probation for three years should have been released from probation 9 months ago but cant pass the ged test I'm mentally challenged

You can be ordered to get your GED. If you are having problems get your parole/probation officer involved. Ask for tutoring help. If you still cannot pass, then the tutor can testify on your behalf. OR get an evaluation from a psychologist or psychiatrist that you are unable to pass the GED test.
