Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
Credit card debt
I dated a guy for several years and he wanted me to have a credit card handy at all times, so he got one for me in my name, but he paid the charges. We are no longer a couple and he wants me to pay all thats owed on the card. Am I obligated to pay?
