DCFS & drug testing
Can a the 'specimen collector' at a drug testing facility legally ask you questions regarding drug use and then tell you they are going to tell DCFS even when my UA was negative?

Yes, and hopefully does. If you are using and it is not showing, it is in the best interests of the children that DCFS knows so the children can be protected from drug abuse.
