Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
My employer is holding back my last paycheck. I had to return some shirts and a padlock key. i did. now they need a letter of resignation. I waited and expected my pay and they never told me what they were doing untill I finally called.

Contact Utah Workforce Services. If you quit, give them the letter of resignation. If you were terminated demand your paycheck or file a complaint with Workforce Services.
