finding our why someone was trying to serve me a summon
Where, or how can I find out why someone was trying to serve me with a summon at my house last night. I was home alone with my children and the person trying to serve me asked if I was home by using my name from a marriage that had been divorced 3 years ago. I did not open the door because he used a name I haven't used in 3 years nor would he tell me what it was about... I am now trying to find out why I would get a summon...

It might be a summons from an unpaid debtor, who is now suing you. Accept service and file your answer within 20 days.
