Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
I am a hairstylist. I am an employee of a franchise and hold no ownership within the company. I would like to take before and after photos of my clients. Do I need any type of model consent form from my clients beofre I post their photos online and on a bulletin board? Is their verbal approval enough to go forth on this project?

You should have a written and signed consent form.

In addition to signed consent forms with the clients, you also need the permission of your employer as you are dealing with his or her clients. Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
