Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
Help
My ex husband keeps sending me threating and offensive texts. and calling me. I recently started dating someone and he wont stop harrassing me about it. I am not sure what i should do about this. I have looked online at how to file a restraining order and info about filling for harrassment. I am not sure what road to take. all i know is that i cant take it anymore. He is alos driving past my house and telling me that my new boyfriend wont make it past three months.

You should file for a stalking restraining order.
