''international travel restrictions''
Are there any international travel restrictions for ex-felons? I want to travel to the Philippines, and have been convicted of custodial interference a 3rd degree felony in the state of Utah. thanks

As long as you are not on probation you can travel. If you are on probation you will need to get permission from the probation office.
