Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
What legal choices do I have???
Myboyfriends ex-girlfriend has been causing alot of problems in my life. Two days ago she filed a false police report on me for assault. This morning I go out to my car to find the tires slashed and a dozen or so eggs smashed on it. I need this to stop but I dont know what to do. I dont feel safe at my home. I have missed work because of her, and now I have all these extra expenses to cover. What options do I have?? I need a lawer. I just need help!!

Yes why don't you engage a lawyer so that he can file the necessary action to restrain the harassment of your boyfriend's ex-girlfriend. Since this is also a police matter you should also seek police assistance. However, be sure that you have the evidence to prove the unlawful acts committed on you such as pictures, police blotter etc.
