If you are capable of supporting yourself then you or your parents can apply to the courts for an Order of Emancipation. Emancipation is defined as the ability of a minor to care for himself as an adult. You have to have the ability to get a place to live, pay the rent and other bills.

Note: You are going to be an adult for the rest of your life. Make sure you are ready for this, because once you get emancipated, there is no going back.
