Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
I live in Utah with my husband; he continues to text an old female friend who lives 15 minutes away. Between them both they text over 100 times a day; it is starting to effect our marriage. Can I call her and ask her to stop? If so, would I be able to get harassment charges on her if she continues to text him?

You should have a frank discussion with your husband. You have influence with him, not her. You should also get into counseling. This behavior will destroy your marriage unless action is taken. You would not get harassment charges if you called her.
