Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah

i met a lady at my church like 3 years ago. when she saw me she told me and my pastor that she felt lin her hart that she should help me. she help me to pay my dental care. know she is agints my parants and my pastor and she is bothering me about that money .. what could i do? she is ruining the church reputation and she is telling lies about me and famely.

This site is for legal questions. If your question is about some form of slander, you can sue her for that in district court. You will have to prove that (1) the statements are falsel (2) that the statements harmed your reputation; and (3) that the statements damaged you somehow. You can also get an injunction preventing her from making such statements in the future.
