Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
My neighbor, who house is very close to mine, has his landline phone hooked to an outside speaker. When it is late at night, his phone will ring and wake up my entire household. This happens after 11:00 p.m. Isn't there some kind of law against this? We live in Salt Lake county.

If your neighbor does not remove it or shut it off voluntarily, file a nuisance or disturbance of the peace complaint.
