Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
News Channel responsibilities
Do the news channels have a responsibility to investigate both sides of a story? Especially if they feature a ''Gephardt Investigates'' segment where Bill Gephardt supposedly investigates areas of distress for individuals. Can you sue the News Channel for not doing so, or for defamation of character?
