Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
He is not paying me back!
I was in a relationship with this individual for 3 years. And for the first 6 months he pretented to be someone that he wishes he was...but wasn't!
He borrower from me 5,500.00 and paid back 1,150.00. Then borrowed another 1,500.00 and havent seen a penny yet. He also used my credit card and now has a balance of 4,000.00 He always needed money to pay for rent and to pay other creditor's so that they would not garnish his wages. Always in a finanacial distress, always depressed to the point of wanting to end his life. I loved him and was scared for the outcome if Ididnt help him. Now he is not paying his debts towards my loans. Legally what can I do? Please HELP! I feel such a fool! He took advantage of the fact that I was in love with him!

Sue him; get a judgment then garnish his wages and/or assets.
