Police Rights to Stomach Pumping
Under what conditions, if any, do law enforcement officers have the right to administer a stomach pump to an arrested individual?

When the police have reasonable cause to suspect that you have swallowed contraband or may have illegal drugs in your system.

If this was done without a warrant, your attorney absolutely, positively should challenge the evidence and how it was obtained.
