Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
I was in a residential treatment center about a year and a half ago in utah. It was during the swine flu season and we went on a trip to the dessert. Someone got sick but they had us all go anyways. I got extremely sick and they did not believe me. I had swine flu and developed pnemonia because i wasnt properly taken care of. I have medical records of all this. Is there a statutte of limitations? Can i sue them?
