Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
What rights do I have as a 16 year old mother? Do I have the power to move from my parents? I need to know stuff like that?

Just because you had a baby does not make you and adult. You are still a minor and under your parent's authority. If you have the ability to take care of your self and your child, i.e. you have a job, sufficient income and a place to live the court may grant you declared emancipated.
