Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
My son is on Federal Probation, smoking pot in a forest, and when he goes to see the probation officer they make him strip almost completly nude and turn all the way around while lifting his genetilia for a drug test. this seems a litlle extreme to me. do people on probation have any rights? are they not still human beings?
