Unjustified Force Case
How much do you think could be expected as compensation when someone is shot by cops, cops filed a fake accident report, permanent damage to arm and hand from bullet, another cop at scene saying why are we shooting? Person did flee the scene but after shots were fired at person. Seeking compensation from state of Utah and would like to know how much to seek.
