Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
not sure how to word this so...
an officer is speaking to me and i being weird don't like strangers getting to close or touching me so i told the officer not to come near me or touch me or i would consider that a threat and act upon that. is that illegeal? if i warn him first and he breaks it and comes close and i well defend my self is the illegal ? also not sure about the area of law bellow

It would be best for you to explain to the police that you get very nervous if someone gets in your personal space. Having said that, you should not instigate anything with an officer. If you offensively touch the office in defending yourself you would be charged with assault.
