Legal Question in Technology Law in Utah
I do computer repair and i have had this ladys computer and dvd players for 3 weeks she keeps telling me she is going to come and pick her stuff up about 5 times now and never showed also she is not returning my phone calls at what point can i consider her stuff abandoned and can i start charging her more money (5 dollars a day) if she still does not show up. after 300 days can i legaly sell her stuff to make up for my time and money she has wasted

You need to give her written notice, with 2 weeks to get her property (and pay if the work was done.) The notice needs to state that you will dispose of the property if not picked up in the 2 weeks. The notice must be sent certified, return receipt.
