Sexy pics of an EX-girlfriend in an email to her mother
I want to get back at my EX! If i sent an email to her mother containing sexy pics of her in lingerie and such, what are the sort of legal ramifications that could be imposed for this, if any?? In no way has any pic of her (that I own) has been published on the web or anywhere else that i know of. No money or compensation of any sort would take place because of this email being sent to her mother. Please know your professional opinion on this. Thank You.

Re: Sexy pics of an EX-girlfriend in an email to her mother
My professional opinion is that you need to grow up and mature. You should see a professional counselor. What sort of person would torment his ex's mother to get some sort of revenge on someone else? What merit is there in "getting revenge?" Get on with your life and try to do things which make you healthier and make the world a better place rather than waste your time with such inanity. Note: you could be sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and possible other causes of action. If you do send the pictures, I would volunteer to represent your Ex and her mother.
