certification fees
if your jobs makes you take certification tests that cost them money can they make you pay it back if you are fired or if you quit?

It depends on the agreement with your employer. If no agreement, then contact Workforce Services to assist in getting paid. Generally, if certification is required, and the employer asks an employee to get the certification, the employer pays for it.
