Legal Question in Construction Law in Utah

completion date not met

we are building a home and the date of complition has come and gone and the hole wasnt even dug they have now moved on but the home shopuld have been completed last month was recourse, if any, do we have.

These matters are covered by the written agreement between you and the contractor. Either read it or have the terms of that agreement reviewed by an attorney. There is no way to tell until the agreement is reviewed.
