Failed to do change order!
I am a tile sub-contractor I bid a home
for showers only wile on the job they
added floors. no change order was
written. when job was finished they did
not like prices refused to pay the full
balance due.

File your mechanic's lien and demand payment. If they do not pay, then you will have to sue to foreclose the home (within 1 year of your lien). In the alternate you can sue for the amount to which you are entitled. You are entitled to the fair market value of the work you performed. You conveyed a benefit on the owners, and it is unjust for them to not pay you - they would be unfairly enriched.
