Legal Question in Construction Law in Utah
new home bought from builder
The driveway is a mess. After a very cold winter, the concrete driveway has pops all over it. The builder and concrete company blame the salt from the cars parked on the driveway. It was just under a year since we purchased the home, do we have a case? It would be $20,000.

Re: new home bought from builder
If you got a one year warranty from the builder you are protected. Salt on the driveway is a lame excuse. The driveway is spalling because it was improperly finished. You must act quickly since your warranty is about to expire. Call for a free consultation.
