Is it legal to have a non-compete disclosure in the state of Utah for window cleaning?

Possibly not unless the employer utilizes a unique technique or training; it could be valid to protect the owner's client lists, prices etc. Without reading the agreement and knowing the facts there is no way to give a specific response.
