Partnership
I was in a partnership with nothing in writing, my partner was my brother. We have had a falling out and I want my money. How do I go about getting it.

When there is no formal partnership agreement, the Utah Partnership Act provides the rules, which allow one partner to obtain an accounting from the other. Both partners are entitled to complete information about the assets and debts of the partnership. The debts are paid first, then the remaining assets and money are divided between the partners.
