Adult Videos
Is it illegal to buy XXX adult videos online and have them delivered to utah? Some companies say yes some say no.

It may be illegal depending on the content.

There is a Constitutional right to buy or own erotica or sexually-explicit materials, but states also have the limited right to control the possession of certain classes of XXX materials. Before buying that sort of thing on-line, you should check the Utah statutes, which are available on-line.
