Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
I baught a car and can't get the Title
I purchased a car. I have the bill of sale and paper work to get the title change. The problem is the people that sold the car don't hold the title/ The person that owns the car doen't really own it either the bank still holds the title. What can I do to take care of this

Did you buy the car from a private individual? If so, they need to get the car title released from the bank by paying off the balance of their loan. If through a dealer, then you work with the dealer. You will probably have to file suit and also consider contacting the police.
