Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
bought a lame horse
We purchased a horse with a contract signed by a minor(which we did not know). The father was there and took our money but he does not want anything to do with it because he said it is her horse. The vet said it was lame and was not good for barrel racing. Since the contract is void, is there anything we can do.
