Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
I bought a vehicle from an individual in utah that was suppose to go pay the bank off and didn't and still hasn't given me the title do i have any legal grounds against him can he be arrested or anything for this.

The seller committed fraud and that is a crime. You can also sue him for the amount still owed to the bank.
