Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
I brought my $3200 wedding ring to a Utah pawn shop because we were in a severe money crunch. I went back 28 days later to buy it back and they were unable to find it. They said it may have even been stolen. They have offered to build another ring for me with used diamonds from the pawn shop. I am not really happy with that. Do I have any recourse?

Sue them or make a deal. You can negotiate for what is reasonable. Remember, your diamond was used also.
