Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
a car dealer bought my truck, without having the title. i put in the application to get title from ca., its just taking a long time. the car dealershipp is now saying we need to come and buy back the truck because we havnt got the title yet. can they do that?

If you can't deliver title, they are entitled to a refund for the truck, since they cannot sell without a title.
