Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Car lease
We leaseda car in November 08. On
December 14th we were informed that
the lease company went out of
business. The dealership wants us to
resign the papers. We don't want to
because the car doesn't get the gas
mileage it is supposed to. Do we have
to resign? If no,will we be charged any
fees or penalties?

Re: Car lease
You need to review the documents which you signed to know your rights and options. You may want to talk to an attorney who can review the documents.
