cell phone contracts
Is a reference to a website in a contract legally binding? The reason is because websites are always being changed and updated so can a contract refer to the website or must all conditions be included in a contract?

The referral may be legal, but only as to the information posted as of the date of the contract. A judge wou ld make the final determination.
