Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Cell Provider
My cell phone service provider suspended my service in the midst of a warranty dispute. Can they continue to charge monthly service charges since I have no service (no incoming/outgoing calls or texts, email or internet) while I dispute these issues.

Re: Cell Provider
In general: As long as you make your payments they must provide the service. If you quit making payments then your service can be suspended, and they can charge the monthly payments for the balance of your contract.
