Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
In a certificate I recieved under "Terms and Conditions" it states "This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to the end user." What exactly does "cannot be sold to the end user" mean. I attended a travel club presentation and paid $109.00 for this certificate that is from completely different company. They also limit travel dates to 4 months out of the year excluding holidays and special events in those for months. Is this supposed to be a free gift that this company is selling? Because I will be the end user and the company the certificate is from is not the company that sold it to me.
thanks
