Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Collections agencies keep calling me when my debt is paid. I have given them various documents proving my debt has been paid but they seem to ignore them. This keeps showing up on my credit report. What can I do to make them stop?

Contest the debt with the credit reporting agencies. If that does not work you can sue the creditor and the collection agency for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
