Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Consumer
We purchased a large HDTV online on an 18-month same as cash credit arrangement; initially we made the monthly allotted payments and they returned our money. At the 15th month, we paid the entire purchase price. They once again have returned our money. What legal rights do we have if they try to come back and charge us interest on the account if they have returned our money?

Re: Consumer
Keep your records of attempted payment. Keep the balance of the purchase price. If and when you are contacted you will have the records and pay off for the creditor.
