Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
contract validity
If part of a binding contract is found, by the court, to be invalid or void, do other sections of the contract remain valid and binding, or would such a finding by the court invalidate the entire contract including sections that contain no fault and are proper and appropriate and were entered into in good faith and understanding by both parties...?

Re: contract validity
It depends on the term being found invalid, and the importance of the term, and the remaining terms of the contract.
