Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Credit Card Debt
Thank you for answering my question. I live in Utah and have a debt that is 4.5 years old. Until today I belived it to be outside the SOL. I now know that is not the case. I settled all my other debts 2 years ago when I was closer to a BK situation. Now, I have no idea what to do. Please advise. I can afford an attorney but have no idea how to choose one.
