Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Dealership went bankrupt
My son bought a truck from a dealership. Payed 1000.00 dollars down on it. Signed the contract and has been driving it for a month. They called and told him they couldn't finance. When he took it back to them he had already put new tires on it. They told him they would pay him his down and 500 for the tires. The next day he went back for the money and it was locked up with a sign saying they were out of business and filing bankruptcy. What can my son do about this.
