Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
dishonest car dealer
Had a new engine put in my car
yesterday. the dealer charged me for
15 hours labor at 88/hr even thought it
only took them 10 hours max. there
was no written estimate; nothing
signed. do i have any recourse in Utah?

Re: dishonest car dealer
Talk top the dealer first. Find out what flat rate is to replace an engine on your model. If you think they ripped you off, file suit in small claims court.
NEVER have work done without a bid.
