Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Failure to Appear
I am charged with failure to appear for a debt that has been paid and I was told not to worry about court because I paid the debt. I cannot have any charges against me due to my business license requirements. How might I get this charge dismissed? What can I expect at court in three weeks?

Explain to the court what you understood, bring documents to support your story. Charges will be dismissed.
