Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
False Information On Auto Purchase Contract
I purchased an 05 Toyota Tacoma from a dealership in Salt Lake City in May. The contract lists the truck as a 4x4 model. It turns out the truck is a 2 wheel drive model (far less value, puts me upside down in my loan). Do I have any basis to go after the dealership?

Re: False Information On Auto Purchase Contract
Yes, Utah law requires that the purchase contract be exactly correct. The dealership will contend that it was a clerical-typo error and that you got what you bargained for.
