Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
I filled out paperwork and gave money down for a car. I drove it home and to work the next day. The way the seat is made it hurts my back... I can't drive this car. Is there a time framr to take it back?

Probably not, unless the dealer is willing to trade for another car. Most sales agreements are final.
